Promo Codes at Ezz

A promo code is not a discount. It is a label that tells the system which campaign to attach to a transaction. It lives inside the payment flow, between choosing a method and confirming, and becomes useless a second after the payment closes. This page follows it in the order it happens at the cashier.

Most campaigns need no code at all

In practice the dominant mechanism is a tick box: the campaign is listed on the screen and selecting it is enough. Codes exist for particular cases — offers tied to a specific channel, a newsletter or a partner, which cannot be visible to everyone in the public lobby. When a code is genuinely required it always arrives with its conditions. If someone presents a code without conditions, the missing part is not the code.

Where exactly it is entered

  1. Open the cashier and choose the payment method.
  2. Enter the amount, respecting both the method minimum and the campaign minimum.
  3. Type the code into its field, matching upper and lower case, with no space before or after.
  4. Confirm the screen has recognised the campaign before authorising the payment.
  5. Complete the transaction and check that the promotional credit appears as a separate line on the statement.

One detail escapes anyone copying codes from other pages: invisible whitespace attached to the text. The field accepts it, the system does not. Typing the code by hand solves more cases than any support conversation.

Why a code gets rejected

When the payment has already gone through

If the deposit landed without the code, the movement is booked as a plain deposit. Retroactive application is rare and depends entirely on campaign policy. A request to support should be made quickly and with concrete data: time of payment, method used, amount and the code that should have been applied. Without those four elements the request cannot be examined. The channel is described under support.

Recognising an invented code

The pattern repeats everywhere: a long list of codes with no dates, no conditions and no sign of being updated, wrapped around generous round numbers. No real campaign exists without an expiry. A second signal is any request for data — no legitimate code requires an account password, a full card number or a document uploaded anywhere other than the platform itself. A third is the promise of credit without a deposit from an operator that does not publish such campaigns, a subject covered under no deposit offers.

After it applies, the usual rules govern

Entering a code does not lighten the campaign. The multiplier, the deadline and the per-round ceiling remain what the terms say, and the run is the one described under wagering. Codes do not stack on the same payment either: if two campaigns look attractive, one is chosen now and the other kept for a later payment while it remains valid. Genuine codes come from the operator's promotions page and from the messages it sends to the registered email address; any other origin is at best an outdated copy. The general rules that apply are under terms.

Codes in brief

A code identifies a campaign that is not listed publicly and is typed into the cashier before the payment is confirmed, never afterwards.

It changes nothing about the requirement itself: the multiplier, the window and the stake ceiling remain exactly as published in the campaign terms.
